Educational Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree in: Hospital Administration Healthcare Management Front Office Management

Experience



Freshers may be considered for junior roles 1-5+ years of experience for executive/supervisory roles Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities preferred

Skills Required



Knowledge of hospital operations & healthcare policies Patient care coordination & administration Billing, insurance & medical records understanding Leadership and team management Computer proficiency (HIS, MS Office, EMR) Good communication & problem-solving skills Polite, professional appearance & attitude Excellent verbal & written communication Appointment scheduling & registration Polite, professional appearance & attitude

Additional Requirements



Willingness to work in shifts Ability to handle pressure and multitasking Language proficiency (local language + English preferred)
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
