Hospital Administration Faculty
to join our training team. This hybrid role involves full-time offline teaching along with 2-hour online sessions at night. We are looking for a candidate with strong subject knowledge and a passion for shaping students in the field of Hospital Administration.
Responsibilities
Deliver interactive and structured offline classes in Hospital Administration.
Conduct scheduled online classes for 2 hours during the night.
Create lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
Mentor and guide students to enhance their administrative and healthcare management skills.
Ensure smooth progression of course modules with high academic standards.
Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
Required Experience
2-8 years of teaching or relevant industry experience in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
Educational Qualification
MBA - Hospital Administration
MBA - Healthcare Management
BBA/MBA with Healthcare specialization
Additional certifications related to Hospital/Healthcare training are a plus.
Candidate Requirements
Strong understanding of Hospital Administration functions and healthcare systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Ability to manage both offline and online classes effectively.
Candidates from
Kalamassery or Aluva
area will be preferred.
