Research & Publications:
Engage in academic and applied research in hospital/healthcare administration.
Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic or industry conferences.
Student Mentorship:
Provide academic and career guidance to students.
Supervise student dissertations, internships, and project work.
Institutional Support:
Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation processes, and quality assurance initiatives.
Help organize guest lectures, industry visits, and collaborative programs with hospitals or healthcare institutions.
Industry Collaboration:
Build relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations to facilitate internships, placements, and industry exposure for students.
Stay updated with developments in healthcare management to bring real-world insights into the classroom.
