Job Description

Position 1: Hospital Administration



Responsibilities:



Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth departmental coordination. Handle staff scheduling, duty rosters, and leave management. Assist management in implementing NABH and statutory compliance. Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and inter-departmental communication. Coordinate with doctors, insurance, and TPA departments for smooth patient service.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management. 1-3 years of hospital experience preferred. Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software.

Position 2: Receptionist



Responsibilities:



Greet and guide patients courteously at the front desk. Handle patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling. Coordinate with departments for smooth patient flow. Manage incoming calls and inquiries. Maintain front office cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements:



Any degree

WITH HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel). Prior hospital or healthcare experience is an added advantage.

Shift:


ROTATIONAL SHIFT(INCLUDING NIGHT SHIFT ALSO)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
