- Hospital Administrator (Admin Role)

Location:

Dr. Aravind's IVF & Fertility Centre ,Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh Tamil Nadu .

Responsibilities

Oversee

day-to-day hospital operations

ensuring smooth patient services. Manage

front office, reception, and patient flow

from registration to discharge. Supervise

staff schedules, duty rosters, and HR coordination

. Monitor

billing, accounts, and revenue handling

. Maintain compliance with

hospital policies, medical regulations, and safety protocols

. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technicians for effective patient care. Handle

inventory, procurement, and vendor management

. Prepare

reports on hospital performance, patient inflow, and financials

. Resolve

patient complaints and service issues

professionally. Support

management in strategic planning and expansion activities

Requirements

Graduate / Postgraduate in

Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration

.

0-1+ years experience

in hospital or healthcare administration. Strong knowledge of

hospital workflows, billing systems, and patient care processes

. Excellent

leadership, communication, and problem-solving

skills. Proficiency in

MS Office and hospital management software

. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior hospital admin experience. Male candidates may be preferred (as per some hospital requirements), though the role is open to all qualified applicants.
