Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversees and ensures the totality of hospital marketing department
  • Develops and assesses hospital marketing plan and strategy
  • Coordinates with the sales department to come up with pricing strategies to maximize profits and establishes customer satisfaction
  • Liaises the marketing plan to the proper hospital authorities
  • Leads the effectivity of marketing efforts toward the hospital
  • Researches demands of products in the hospital market and learns through the competitors
  • Broadens promotions together with the hospital advertising managers
  • Manages other marketing platforms such as social media and content marketing
  • Estimates the hospital marketing budget such as expenditures, research allocations, investment returns, and profit-loss projections
Skills
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate with potential clients successfully
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Possess excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct effective copy-writing to advertise and sell better
  • Capable of effectively working with budget management
  • Practices proactive work ethic at all times
