Job Description

Key Responsibility



Staff Management:

train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate horticultural teams and volunteers, fostering teamwork and positive work environments.

Operations & Planning:

Plan annual, seasonal, and daily work; design and implement planting schemes; manage irrigation; oversee landscape maintenance; and procure plant materials.

Project Execution:

Implement sustainable practices, manage pest control, organize work plans, and ensure timely completion of projects and displays.

Resource Management:

Manage budgets, equipment, tools, supplies (seeds, fertilizers), and inventory.

Reporting & Communication:

Maintain records, prepare reports, and communicate with management, clients, or the public.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols, regulations, and maintain accident-free environments.

Essential Skills & Requirements



Leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Strong knowledge of plant care, horticulture, and sustainable practices. Critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management. Experience in crew leadership or supervisor roles.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
