Looking for male candidate for the position of Horticulture Supervisor

Location

Terminal-1, IGI Airport, New Delhi

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Horticulture
Experience

Minimum 5 years in horticulture or related field Prior supervisory experience preferred
Technical Skills

In?depth knowledge of horticultural practices Plant health diagnostics and pest/disease management Irrigation design, installation, and maintenance
Management & Organizational Skills

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team Strong planning, prioritization, and deadline-management Commitment to quality assurance and safety protocols
Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication for reporting Ability to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders Training and mentoring team members effectively
Problem?Solving Abilities

Rapid identification and resolution of plant?health issues Resource management to optimize labour, materials, and time
