Job Description

Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Oversee all agricultural activities, including crop management, soil health monitoring, and the implementation of sustainable farming practices.

Plant Care & Maintenance: Manage irrigation schedules, fertilization, and pest/disease control for fruits, vegetables, and ornamental plants.

Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of gardeners and groundskeeping staff to ensure high horticultural standards.

Project Execution: Coordinate landscape development projects, from plant selection to on-site execution and inventory management.

Budgeting & Procurement: Develop and manage budgets for groundskeeping; source plants, fertilizers, and equipment from external vendors.

Technical Guidance: Provide expertise on modern horticultural techniques and environmental safety standards to improve crop productivity and aesthetic appeal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
