Job Description
.Supervision & monitoring Horticulture and Housekeeping related activities .Maintenance of established large landscape .Monitor the growth of turf, shrubs and trees and its nutrition .Knowledge of garden tools, equipment, pest, and disease control .Planning and designing of new landscape .Work estimation and taking its approval .Management of Nursery .Preparation and monitoring of Budget .Draft the scope of the work for Purchase order .Check and initiate the Contract Job Certificate (Invoice processing) .Supervision of Housekeeping and Pest control activities: Maintain hygienic condition at site like offices, shop floors, rest rooms, roads, drains etc. Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness at site .Assign and attend the request from end users .Material management .Development of subordinates (Contract supervisor, gardener, housekeepers etc.) .Imparting training to Contract workmen
