Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of all landscape and garden areas within the facility. Ensures healthy plant growth, aesthetic upkeep, and smooth horticultural operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain lawns, gardens, indoor plants, and landscaped areas.
Perform pruning, watering, fertilizing, pest control, and seasonal planting.
Identify and treat plant diseases and pest infestations.
Supervise gardeners and coordinate with vendors for plant materials and services.
Plan and implement basic landscape improvements and plant arrangements.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Maintain records of plant health, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Botany.
4-5 years of horticulture or landscaping experience (facility management preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
