Chaizup is seeking a HORECA Sales Manager to join our vibrant Sales team . This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to drive our sales initiatives within the hospitality, restaurant, and cafe (HORECA) sectors in the food and beverages industry.


As a HORECA Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with key clients. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, and collaborating with our operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the HORECA sector Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and cafe industries Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services Manage and nurture existing client accounts to enhance customer loyalty Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the Chaizup brand

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of sales experience in the HORECA sector or related industries Strong understanding of the food and beverages industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events
