Responsible for driving sales growth in the HORECA channel through strategic planning, client relationship management, distributor coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve HORECA targets.
Identify and onboard new clients while managing existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and caterers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Oversee distributor operations and ensure product availability.
Analyze sales data and prepare periodic performance reports.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of the HORECA industry and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
