HORECA Sales Executive --



Position Summary:


The HORECA Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing business relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering clients. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring excellent service to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and target potential HORECA clients for business development. Build strong, long-term relationships with customers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure timely delivery of products and manage customer accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, production) for smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in HORECA/FMCG sales. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Customer-focused with a strong sales orientation. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively. Good knowledge of local market and customer base.

KPI Examples:



New clients added per month. Sales volume/revenue generated. Client retention rate. On-time order fulfillment rate.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
