Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations across hotel, restaurant, or cafe functions.
Develop and implement service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and supervise operational teams including kitchen, service, housekeeping, and front office.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Analyze financial reports to maximize profitability and control costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with marketing teams.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for best pricing and quality.
Report on business performance, staff development, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Manager in the hotel, restaurant, or cafe setting.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of hotel, restaurant, or cafe setting operations and customer service principles.
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L reporting.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
