Job Description

Responsible for preparing and maintaining hookahs to provide a high-quality experience for customers in cafes.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation and Assembly

: Assembling the hookah pipes and preparing them for use.

Flavor Management

: Packing the bowls with flavored tobacco (shisha) or herbal blends, and often helping guests choose flavors from a menu.

Heat Management

: Managing the charcoal heat to ensure a smooth and consistent smoking experience.

Serving and Customer Interaction

: Serving the prepared hookahs to guests and interacting with them to answer questions or address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and good hospitality service.

Maintenance and Hygiene

: Regularly cleaning, disassembling, and maintaining all hookah equipment and the work area to uphold high hygiene and safety standards.

Inventory Management

: Assisting with inventory, which may include checking stock of tobacco, charcoal, and other supplies.

Troubleshooting

: Promptly resolving any problems guests may experience with their hookahs.

General Support

: Depending on the establishment, the role might also involve assisting kitchen or wait staff with other duties as needed
