Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of
home loan products
through direct sourcing, channel partners, and referral networks.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and financial partners for lead generation.
Conduct regular training, guidance, and performance reviews for sales executives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to design effective sales strategies.
Ensure timely processing of loan applications and smooth coordination with credit, operations, and legal teams.
Achieve high levels of
customer satisfaction
by providing accurate product information and excellent service.
Monitor sales reports, pipeline, and MIS for tracking and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-7 years
of proven experience in
home loan / mortgage sales
, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of
retail banking products, mortgage policies, and housing finance sector
