Job Description

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients in their homes. Provide specialized physiotherapy interventions (manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, patient education, etc.). Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and ensure timely and safe discharge planning. Supervise, mentor, and train other Homecare Physiotherapists and assistants within the assigned zone. Manage the caseload allocation and scheduling for the zone to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery. Ensure the quality and standards of physiotherapy services across the zone comply with organizational and regulatory guidelines. Conduct audits and quality checks on patient documentation and clinical outcomes. Liaise with the central management team, other zonal heads, and interdisciplinary teams (doctors, nurses, etc.) for care coordination. Manage the inventory and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment for the zone. Handle escalated patient/caregiver feedback or complex cases within the zone.
