Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Home Collection Phlebotomist to perform blood and sample collection at patients' homes and collection centers, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and excellent customer experience. The role also involves supporting center operations and promoting diagnostic services and MedPlus Advantage Memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform venous blood and other sample collections at patients' residences using vacutainer systems

- Support sample collection at assigned collection centers after completion of home collection jobs

- Ensure correct patient identification, sample labeling, and safe handling of samples

- Follow pre-analytical protocols including infection control and biomedical waste disposal

- Explain diagnostic tests, procedures, and sample requirements to patients

- Educate patients on test preparations and precautions

- Promote MedPlus Advantage Memberships, health packages, and add-on tests through ethical upselling

- Support logistics, sample movement, and additional tasks assigned by the manager

- Ensure punctuality, professional conduct, and timely handover of samples

- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates

Eligibility & Qualifications

- DMLT / MLT (mandatory)

- Registration with State Paramedical Board (mandatory)

- Experience in sample collection using vacutainers

- Sound knowledge of phlebotomy practices

- Ability to explain diagnostic tests clearly to patients

- Knowledge of test preparations and precautions

- Customer-oriented approach with upselling and cross-selling ability

- Well-groomed, courteous, and patient-friendly

- Punctual, disciplined, and reliable

Other Requirements

- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license

- Willingness to travel within assigned areas and work at collection centers as required

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
