Requirements

2. Teaching Experience: Prior experience as a tutor or teacher is preferred, especially in the relevant subjects or grade levels.

3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain concepts and engage with students and parents.

4. Subject Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in the subjects you will be teaching, with a deep understanding of the respective curriculum and learning objectives.

5. Patience and Empathy: Ability to understand the individual learning needs of students, exhibit patience, and show empathy while assisting them in their academic journey.

6. Organization and Time Management: Effective organizational skills to plan and deliver tutoring sessions, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.

7. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using technology for online resources, communication, and delivering digital content as per Edushala\'s requirements.

8. Passion for Education: Genuine interest in teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals, along with a dedication to creating a positive learning environment.

Benefits

Salary: 94,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month
