Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers in the assigned territory through direct and outbound sales efforts.
Onboard customers by collecting necessary documents and processing orders.
Obtain building permissions as required for service delivery.
Drive customer engagement and ensure a superior customer experience throughout the journey.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Act as a key point of contact between the customer and internal teams.
Skills and Competencies:
Proven outbound or direct sales experience (preferred).
Familiarity with the assigned local territory and market dynamics.
Proficiency in the local language is essential.
Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
Effective negotiation and influencing abilities.
Clear articulation and communication skills.
Highly result-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
Digitally savvy - comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic tech tools.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Full-Time Diploma
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role
