We are looking for a dedicated and passionate

Home Room Teacher

to join our academic team at Crimson Schools (YIPS- Young India Police School). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing classroom activities, delivering engaging lessons, and supporting the overall academic and emotional development of students. Strong communication skills and prior teaching experience are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned students and parents Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment Monitor and assess students' academic progress and provide regular feedback Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance Collaborate with subject teachers, coordinators, and school leadership Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and concerns Participate in school events, meetings, training programs, and professional development activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed preferred) Minimum

2 years of teaching experience

as a classroom or homeroom teacher

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong classroom management and student engagement skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Passion for teaching and child development Proficiency in basic computer applications and smart classroom tools
