We are seeking a dedicated and caring Home Room Teacher to support students' academic, social, and emotional development. The ideal candidate will create a positive classroom environment, guide students throughout the school day, and serve as a key point of communication between the school and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a homeroom class effectively Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment Monitor student attendance, behavior, and overall well-being Support students with organization, routines, and study habits Communicate regularly with parents and school staff Collaborate with subject teachers and school administration Assist with school activities, assemblies, and events

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Teaching certification (preferred or required, depending on school policy) Previous teaching or classroom experience is an advantage Strong communication and classroom management skills Passion for working with children and supporting their growth
