Responsibilities:
Provide 24/7 patient care at home (shift-based or live-in)
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and toileting
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the patient
Observe and report changes in patient condition to family and doctor
Maintain daily care and medication records
