Generate leads for home loans through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Understand customers' home loan requirements and explain available products, eligibility, interest rates, and terms.
Collect and verify required documents from clients.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing and disbursement of loans.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure timely completion of process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other potential sources for lead generation.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in home loans / mortgage / banking / financial services preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of home loan products, market trends, and documentation process.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at relationship building.
