Job Description

Drive sales of

home loan products

through direct and indirect channels (developers, DSAs, connectors, etc.). Identify, acquire, and build relationships with potential customers for home loan requirements. Generate leads from multiple sources including real estate developers, property consultants, and referrals. Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan processing, approvals, and disbursements. Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement and revenue. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during the sales process. Provide guidance and support to customers in understanding loan eligibility, documentation, and financial planning. Maintain healthy business relations with channel partners and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, competitors, and provide feedback to management for strategic planning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,979.56 per month
