Job Description

Generate

home loan leads

through field activities, referrals, builders, and channel partners. Meet

monthly disbursement and login targets

as assigned by Bajaj management. Explain

Bajaj Home Loan products

, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation clearly to customers. Conduct

customer profiling

to assess income, creditworthiness, and property details. Collect and verify

KYC, income, and property documents

accurately. Coordinate with

credit, legal, and technical teams

for smooth file processing. Follow up on

sanction, valuation, and disbursement

milestones to ensure timely closures. Maintain strong relationships with

DSA partners, builders, and connectors

. Ensure

compliance with Bajaj policies

and regulatory guidelines at all times. Keep

CRM and MIS updated

with daily sales activity and pipeline status. Handle customer queries and provide

post-sanction support

till disbursement. Work towards

cross-sell opportunities

(insurance, top-up loans, etc.) where applicable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
