Drive

regional home loan business growth

by achieving overall

login, sanction, and disbursement targets

across branches. Develop and execute

regional sales strategies

aligned with Bajaj's home loan objectives. Lead, mentor, and monitor

Branch Managers, Sales Managers, and field sales teams

within the region. Build and scale a strong

DSA, builder, and channel partner network

to ensure consistent lead flow. Monitor

sales productivity, conversion ratios, and TAT

to improve regional performance. Ensure

credit quality and portfolio health

by coordinating closely with credit and risk teams. Drive

compliance, policy adherence, and audit readiness

across all regional operations. Review

pipeline MIS, dashboards, and performance reports

; take corrective actions where required. Work with marketing teams to implement

local marketing, branding, and campaign initiatives

. Identify

new market opportunities

and potential branch expansion locations in the region. Resolve

high-value customer escalations

and ensure superior customer experience. Drive

cross-sell and up-sell initiatives

(insurance, top-ups, balance transfers). Control

regional cost efficiency

, incentive payouts, and productivity benchmarks. Maintain strong coordination with

credit, legal, technical, operations, and collections teams

. Prepare and present

monthly and quarterly regional performance reviews

to senior management.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
