Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Home Loan Sales Manager to join our team. This is a mid-level, full-time position based in multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, and Anantapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of home loans, loans against property, and mortgage loans, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in self-sourcing business from the open market, demonstrating initiative and business acumen.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Good analytical skills for assessing client financials and offering suitable loan products.
Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities for home loans and leverage existing customer relationships.
Develop a network of referral partners to facilitate seamless acquisition of mortgage and loan against property clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Facilitate the end-to-end processing of loan applications, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team to optimize customer acquisition strategies and client retention.
Report on sales activities and performance metrics to management for strategic decision-making.
Maintain updated knowledge of market conditions and competitors to provide competitive business solutions to clients.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and financial goals, providing tailored loan solutions accordingly.
