Job Description

:

1. Handling Existing as well as new Home Loan (HL), Loan Against property (LAP), Approved Project Funding (APF), Term Loan (TL), Business Loan (BL), Working capital (WC) & Vehicle Loans proposals, Preparing Projected cash flow statement, Preparing MIS & Cash flow statement, handling monthly & Quarterly Compliance, Preparing monthly interest calculation & payment.

2. To coordinate with Banks / NBFCs / Investors for preparing Projected Cash Flow statements, Loan Applications, meeting Lender's queries, Raising Loans, deciphering term sheets and mortgage documents, LC & BG Application, NOC Application.

3. Coordination with existing lenders for disbursements, MIS, monthly / quarterly compliance, repayment of loans, obtaining No-dues certificate, getting Re-conveyance deeds and releasing MCA Charge etc.

4.To coordinate with Valuers, Lender's Engineer periodically, providing data, replying to their queries, getting the reports finalized

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
