Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers interested in home loans.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable home loan products.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for home loan processing.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan approval.
Follow up with customers and banking partners for loan status updates.
Maintain data of leads, calls, and conversions in the system.
Build and maintain good customer relationships to improve conversions.
