Meet prospective customers, understand their loan requirements, and explain product features and eligibility criteria.
Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and legal) to ensure smooth loan disbursal.
Maintain relationships with builders, real estate brokers, and housing societies to generate consistent business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide post-sales service and support to customers for queries, repayments, and other issues.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the home loan segment.
