Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify, source, and acquire new customers for

home loan products

through direct and indirect channels. Build and maintain relationships with

builders, real estate agents, connectors, and developers

to generate leads. Understand customer needs and provide suitable

loan solutions

in line with bank/NBFC policy. Ensure timely

completion of documentation, KYC, and loan processing

. Coordinate with

credit, operations, and disbursement teams

to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Achieve assigned

sales targets (volume and value)

on a monthly/quarterly basis. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

market trends, competitor products, and interest rates

. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure

high customer satisfaction

throughout the loan journey. Participate in

marketing and promotional activities

to enhance business visibility.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Experience:

1-5 years (for Executive/Officer) or 5+ years (for Manager) in

home loans, mortgage, or retail lending

. Strong understanding of

home loan policies, eligibility, and documentation

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

skills. Proven track record of

achieving and exceeding sales targets

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
