Job Description

Customer acquisition:

Identify potential clients through open market sourcing, developer relationships, and other channels.

Client consultation:

Educate clients on different home loan products, explain features and eligibility criteria, and help them select the best product for their needs.

Application processing:

Guide clients through the application process, including collecting and verifying necessary documents, and ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Sales and targets:

Achieve business targets, develop and maintain client relationships for referrals, and collaborate with marketing for lead generation activities.

Relationship management:

Build and maintain relationships with referral sources like real estate agents and builders.

Market knowledge:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
