Job Description

Generate

home loan leads

through field visits, builders, brokers, DSAs and referrals. Achieve

monthly / quarterly sales and disbursement targets

. Explain

home loan products, interest rates and eligibility

to customers clearly. Handle

end-to-end loan process

- sourcing to final disbursement. Collect and verify

customer documents

(KYC, income proof, property papers). Coordinate with

Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams

for quick approvals. Conduct

site visits / customer meetings

for property and profile verification. Maintain strong

relationships with builders, real estate agents and channel partners

. Track

loan pipeline, login, sanction and disbursement ratios

daily. Ensure

policy compliance and accurate documentation

. Provide

regular follow-ups

with customers to close cases faster. Cross-sell related products like

insurance, balance transfer, top-up loans

. Resolve

customer queries and escalations

promptly. Prepare and update

MIS reports and sales trackers

. Maintain

portfolio quality

and reduce cancellation or delinquency risk.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
