The Presales Consultant will contribute to the organization's top-line by acting as the first point of contact for customers. They play a key role in maintaining the organization's reputation as highly customer-centric.
2. Responsibilities & Tasks
Place phone calls to leads received and pitch relevant home-related products/services.
Generate consent from leads to be contacted by the respective partner brands.
Follow up with leads whose consent is pending but have an active requirement.
Provide product/service details, including features and pricing, through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
Coordinate with Points of Contact (PoCs) from different brands to ensure timely customer servicing.
Ensure immediate and high-quality responses to customer queries.
3. Core Skills & Experience Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong telephone etiquette with persuasive conversation abilities.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable property-related solutions.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and lead-tracking activities.
Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or telesales (preferred, not mandatory).
