Should possess good knowledge and understanding of automotive technologies
Should be tech Savvy and conversant with digital tools.
Should have vehicle driving knowledge and possessa valid Driving license.
Overview of the Role
The role OF a Home Installation executive is to familiarize the customer with all features and operating controls by giving an exhaustive demonstration of the vehicle at the customer's doorstep after the delivery by following all COVID related safety protocols like wearing mask, keeping safe distance, hand sanitization etc.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm the appointment date and time of home installation with customer.
Explain the working of all available features in the vehicle.
Explain the emergency handling points, Safety Zones and features, Service intervals and maintenance
schedule, toll free helpline contact numbers of M & M and dealership.
Properly sanitize the vehicle post installation.
Take the feedback post Home Installation from the customer.
In case of any concern reported by the customer, report the same to CXM and ICRE
Work Experience and Skills Required
Experience: o Minimum1to2yearsofexperienceinTechnicalfunctions.
Knowledge about automobile industry is desirable.
