Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Home Health QA Specialist with advanced expertise in home health coding and Level-4 OASIS review. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of compliance standards and CMS regulations, along with proven experience supporting teams, handling client queries, and participating in training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive OASIS reviews from SOC through Discharge to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Review and validate home health coding with advanced proficiency Ensure adherence to CMS regulations, payer requirements, and compliance standards Provide QA oversight and guidance to clinical and coding teams Support process improvement and training initiatives across departments Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve QA and documentation queries Participate in client calls and discussions as needed Contribute to team development, workflow optimization, and performance support

Academic Qualifications:

Candidates must come from a Nursing, Therapy, or Pharmacy background. Bachelor's/Master's degrees such as B.Sc Nursing, BPT, or B.Pharm are highly preferred.

Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Home Health QA and coding Advanced knowledge of OASIS review (Level 4) Solid understanding of CMS regulations and compliance requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage team interactions and support staff development Client-facing communication experience preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical ability

Compensation:

Competitive salary with a strong hike on the candidate's current or last CTC, based on experience and expertise.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
