Home Health and Hospice - Candidate must have knowledge of Clinical Documentation. Quality Assurance (QA)/Auditor for Clinical Documentation. Responsible for QA/audits of Clinical, POC Review, OASIS, Routine Visits for Nurse/PT/OT/HHA and other Home Care compliance guideline. Ideal Role for a Candidate with Medical Background such as Nurse, Physician-Medical Doctor. Candidate must be proficient in English language Speaking and Writing. Must be fluent in English communication. Axxess EMR experienced preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Part-time
