Responsibilities:
Obtain and manage prior authorizations for home health services
Work with insurance providers such as
WellMed, UHC, Humana
and others
Coordinate with clinical and operations teams for timely approvals
Handle follow-ups, documentation, and status tracking
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Experience in home health authorization
Strong understanding of insurance verification and prior auth workflows
Good communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with EMR systems (Kinnser/WellSky preferred)
Work Mode:
