Communication with customer and DSA regarding status of loan application
Compliance with laid down documentation for loan application
Ensure DSA compliance with all rules and policies of Nido
Manage the productivity of FOS in case of RM team
Manage yield and fee target through product mix between Home Loan and
CLM
Responsible for revenue generation through Processing Fee
and Insurance Cross Sell.
Monthly Disbursement Targets HL & CLM along with sell down as defined
company policy
Appoint of new DSA and increase penetration of existing DSA YOY.
Manage DSA payout and ensure accuracy of the same
Engage with DSA's to ensure target achievement by them
