Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor the work of 30-32 field staff across assigned societies
Prepare and manage weekly and monthly staff rosters for efficient deployment
Conduct daily briefings and reviews, ensuring SOP compliance, grooming, and punctuality
Act as the main point of contact for residents and society representatives, addressing feedback, complaints, and service requests
Assist with recruitment by shortlisting and screening new staff, supporting onboarding, and conducting field training
Procure daily utility items, track inventory, and maintain records of usage
Handle shift escalations, carry out quality audits, and ensure staff readiness
Maintain daily logs, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management for process improvements
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision or a related field (Required)
Strong people management and coordination skills
Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in Hindi or Gujarati and English (Required)
Familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Sheets
Ability to ensure discipline, accountability, and team motivation
