Key Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients at their residence.
Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other nursing procedures as per physician orders.
Monitor and document patients' vitals, symptoms, and progress regularly.
Educate patients and family members on health management and care plans.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure timely reporting of any changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with home care protocols.
Requirements:
GNM / BSc Nursing qualification.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Minimum 1-3 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage home visits efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
