Key Responsibilities of a Home Care Nurse

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients in their homes. Monitor vital signs and record medical information regularly. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors. Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, and feeding. Educate families on proper patient care, hygiene, and nutrition. Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare staff. Maintain accurate patient records and timely documentation. Follow up with patients and track their progress during recovery. Ensure safe, hygienic practices at all times. Respond to emergencies with calm and effective care.

Job Requirements

Diploma in General Nursing (GNM)

or

Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM)

certification. Registered with State Nursing Council. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Good communication and patient-handling skills. Ability to work independently and take responsibility. Willingness to travel for home visits. Basic smartphone knowledge for digital documentation.

Salary Details

Salary varies based on qualification and experience. Experienced nurses may receive higher pay depending on skills and work history.
