Key Responsibilities
Provide
complete bedside nursing care
to critical patients at home
Manage patients on
ventilators, tracheostomy, oxygen therapy, and infusion pumps
Perform
vital monitoring
, suctioning, feeding (NG/PEG), catheter care, and hygiene care
Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate nursing records
Identify early warning signs and
escalate promptly
to doctors and care managers
Educate family members on basic patient handling and safety measures
Maintain strict infection control and patient confidentiality
Coordinate with physiotherapists, doctors, and internal care teams
Eligibility & Qualifications
ANM, GNM
(Mandatory),
BSc Nursing
( Well preferred )
Valid Nursing Council Registration ( Updated )
Minimum 2 years ICU / Critical Care experience
(Mandatory)
Hands-on exposure to:
Ventilator and tracheostomy care
ICU monitoring equipment
Critical medication administration
BLS ( Basic Life Support ) trained
Certification mandatory
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical judgment and calm decision-making
Clear communication with patients' families and doctors
High level of discipline, punctuality, and responsibility
Comfortable working independently in home settings
Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights
Ability to maintain documentation and follow SOPs
Language Requirement
Bengali & Hindi (Mandatory)
Basic English (for documentation and coordination)
