We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes in Dubai. The role involves assessing patient needs, administering treatments, monitoring health conditions, and supporting patients and families to ensure comfort, safety, and recovery in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients at home as per care plans
Monitor vital signs and assess patient health status regularly
Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, wound care, and catheter care
Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility support
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medication use, and home care procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and care documentation
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort and dignity
Eligibility & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Valid Nursing License (DHA / DOH / MOH for UAE, or eligibility to apply)
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
Good knowledge of patient care procedures and medical equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
