Designation : Staff Nurse

Department : Nursing

Education : Bsc Nursing / GNM

Experience : 1 years to 10 years

Patient Care:

Administering medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed. Monitoring vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, glucose) and other symptoms for any changes. Assisting with daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, and wound care. Providing physical, emotional, social, and cognitive support to patients.

Assessment & Planning:

Conducting health assessments to determine patient needs. Developing personalized care plans in coordination with physicians. Monitoring patient recovery and documenting progress in medical records.

Education & Communication:

Educating patients and their families on managing illnesses, injuries, and treatment plans. Serving as a liaison between patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Providing recommendations for improved healthcare to families and doctors.

Collaboration:

Working with doctors and other healthcare experts to develop comprehensive healthcare plans. Reporting on patient conditions and updates to the wider healthcare team.

Emergency Response:

Responding to patient emergencies and providing first aid or emergency care as needed.
