We are hiring dedicated and compassionate

Homecare Nursing Staff

to provide one-on-one patient care at the client's home. Freshers with ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, GDA, DGNM and DGDA qualifications are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide basic nursing care and daily patient support. Monitor vital signs (BP, Pulse, Temperature, SPO2). Assist with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, feeding, grooming, mobility. Administer medications as per instructions. Manage procedures such as: diaper change, wound dressing, catheter care, Ryles tube feeding, tracheostomy care (if trained). Maintain patient records and update daily reports. Ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for the patient. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and supervisors.

Qualifications:

ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing / GDA / DGDA

(Freshers eligible). Basic understanding of nursing procedures. Good communication and patient-handling skills.

Skills Required:

Compassionate and patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently in home settings. Willingness to work in 12-hour or 24-hour shifts. Basic documentation and reporting skills.
