Hiring for the east point hospitals and medical college for the position of

Home Care Nurse....

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician instructions. Monitor vital signs and overall patient health status. Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and infection prevention. Support patients with daily living activities such as bathing, mobility, and hygiene when required. Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication usage, and home-care techniques. Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and documentation. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the patient. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.

Qualifications:

B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid nursing registration. Strong communication, empathy, and patient-care skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
