Job Title: Home Healthcare Nurse (Day/Night Shift)

Job Overview: Antara Senior Care is seeking compassionate, qualified, and experienced nurses to join our team in Chennai.

As a Home Healthcare Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care at the patient's residence, ensuring their comfort and health needs are met.

This role requires a willingness to travel to patient homes within a 30-40 km area and provide dedicated support during 12-hour shifts (day or night).

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive patient care in a home setting, adhering to high standards of patient safety and comfort.

Monitor patient health and respond to medical incidents promptly and effectively. Administer medications, handle medical equipment, and document care accurately.

Assist patients with daily tasks, mobility, and physical comfort. Travel to various patient locations within a 10-15 km radius as required.

Required Qualifications:

Education: GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing Experience: Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU or ward setting.

Skills: Knowledge of ventilator operations is an advantage and will be rewarded with additional benefits. Registration: Valid nursing registration is mandatory.

Shift & Compensation: Shift: Minimum of 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) Base Salary:

28,000 - 32,000 per month Incentives: 2,000 per month Travel Allowance: 100 per trip Overtime Pay: 500 per day for 24-hour shifts Monthly Earnings Potential: 35,000 - 40,000
